A distinguished real estate leader with over 20 years of experience orchestrating high-stakes developments across India and the UK. With a career defined by massive scale and strategic "firsts," he leverages deep market knowledge, a global network, and end-to-end project lifecycle expertise.

Led the completion of 18+ million sq. ft. of saleable area across 20+ high-profile projects - ultra-luxury residential, IT parks, SEZs, and critical infrastructure.
Former CEO & Managing Director of Indiabulls Real Estate; introduced the first Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into Indian real estate.
Drove the transformation of Mumbai's mill lands into prime office and residential hubs, and the listing of a US$ 700 million REIT in Singapore.
Former President of Clivedale London - delivered the US$ 600 million Mandarin Oriental Hotel & branded residences in Mayfair.
At Indiabulls Power, managed land acquisition for 3,800 acres and facilitated infrastructure for 2,700 MW power projects valued at INR 14,000 crores.

An accomplished real estate management professional with over two decades of experience in strategic initiatives. He has overseen the full spectrum of real estate business functions and spearheaded the launch of 15 million sq. ft. of projects across 12 cities.

A Chartered Engineer and solution-focused Project & Construction Management professional with 25+ years leading high-value, large-scale developments across residential, healthcare, hotel, retail, industrial and mixed-use sectors in India and Australia.

A Chartered Accountant and London Business School alumnus with over 32 years in investment banking and international business operations - core expertise in business development, financial management, corporate turnarounds, and M&A.

Over 17 years of specialised experience in real estate financial management, with a proven record in high-value transactions - capital raising, REIT structuring, and strategic stake sales, including the Mumbai Blackstone stake sales and India's first real estate REIT valuation.
